After picking up Brooks from the sitters I asked him " How was your day baby?" He told me "I'm not a baby! I'm a big boy!" I agreed but told him that he would always be my baby. Again he told me "I'm not a baby! I'm a big boy!" Yes you are Brooks but you're still Mom's baby this time he said "Look at me! ...I'm a big boy!" I giggled and said fine, you win. :) It's sad that he won't even let me call him that anymore! He is going to pre school this fall, I can't believe it! He can already spell his own name, and the other day we were connecting the dots in a coloring book and with minimal help he counted all the way to 50! I was very impressed! Later We went for a wagon ride to the park and I got tired of pulling him so I told him it was my turn, that he should pull me. OK! He said thinking it would be really cool. He huffed and he puffed and then he said "You're to fat!!" I'll give it to him I am to heavy for his cute little body :) When we got to the park all he wanted to do was play in the sand He drew a K, which actually looked like a K! And he also drew a picture of Jesus! ha I couldn't quite see the resemblance but then again.. How do we really know what Jesus looks like :)
