A picture is worth 1000 word s

Between running a family of five, a photography business, and a part time job; there is not much time left to sit down and write about all the happenings of our adventures. So I will let the pictures do the talking ...Enjoy!

Cornbelly's

Brooks had his field trip to Cornbelly’s again this year. This time I got to go along and can I just tell you, it looked like so much fun!! I so wanted to be a kid again  Brooks and his friends were running around climbing up and down this giant haystack that had slides on all sides of it and they had these great big bouncing pillows, a corn maze, pig races, hay rides, there were these swings that were made out of tires to look like animals I wanted to take a picture but Brooks was too busy running around and jumping to take a time out to swing! So I know that I’m kind of a freak and I always have my giant camera hanging around my neck when I take my kids out. But I saw a Dad there who was far worse than me!! He had two full size cameras around his neck and this telescope lense on one of them and was following his child around just clickin away! I was like Wow, I hope I don’t look that ridiculous haha! Oh well though, I’m sure he got some really cute shots  Brooks found a couple of his friends and made sure they went down a few slides together. He loves his friend Madden, he’s always a little shy at first but he warmed up pretty quickly and they ran around together for a while. Then on the bouncing pillows he met up with his other friend Jack. Those things can be pretty dangerous with how many kids are jumping around on them. An older boy was running around on them and ran into jack and made him fall over. Jack looked at Brooks like it was him who had knocked him over and said “It’s ok, I forgive you for everything” I had to laugh. We couldn’t stay as long as we wanted to because I had to get to work but we had a lot of fun in the short time we were there! We will have to make it a tradition to go every year, even when it’s not with his preschool. Pretty soon he can take Paisley down the slides with him!
