A picture is worth 1000 word s

Between running a family of five, a photography business, and a part time job; there is not much time left to sit down and write about all the happenings of our adventures. So I will let the pictures do the talking ...Enjoy!

Nesting

Looks like I'm not the only one at our house that has been nesting. I didn't know that ducks nested in trees, but this one sure has. Brandon has been wanting to cut down our beautiful shade tree in our backyard and I've been trying to talk him out of it. It does shed branches all year long that have to be raked up before he can mow and makes a mess, but it adds character to our yard and provides shade and I just love the tree so maybe this will be another reason to keep it. Since Brandon is not so secretly a softy for animals. She got a bit defensive when I went down to take a couple quick pictures, I wonder how much damage a duck could do. That would be somewhat entertaining to see me being attacked by a duck ha. But I do worry about the duckies when they hatch we have a lot of cats in our neighborhood. Including our cat so I hope they make it

It is an entertaining visual..that of you being attacked by a duck. Brandon, put away the ax. No chopping for you! Love the tree and the duck!
